Multiple GPU Problem

I was thinking of buying a good gaming rig 4 myself with dual GPU. So, do I need 2 same GPUs or can I use a EVGA GeForce GTX 480 SuperClocked and a EVGA GeForce GT 430 (since both are SLI ready):huh:

by doing crossfire/sli you'll get approx 1.7 times the speed of the slowest card...so combining a 480 with a 430 makes no sense at all, even if you do get it to work.

Else buy 2xGtx460 and connect them in SLi

Why would you want to do that? GTX 480 already Physx-ready.

No gradual increase in performance with the 480 X 430. Instead 460 X 2 will make good sense.

You cannot do a SLI with a GTX 480 and GT 430 ...You cannot SLI 2 different cards!

Why would you want to do that? GTX 480 already Physx-ready.

Recommended that as having a seperate card for physx is much better always
