Absolutely unused. Got it with my NOTE. Just opened it to test it out how it sounds. Letting it go since I am no more into personal audio.

Comes as is. No warranty*, I suppose since I don't even have the box with me now. Just the headphones and the protective pouch.

Hold the XCD 35 for me.

Another guy just sold an XCD 35 same 512 MB similar condition for 4,500. So can I expect a similar price tag? If yes I can go for it.
 
I am from Gurgaon. Shipping would be odd 250 bucks via DTDC Plus (can't ship using cheaper option due to high chances of transit theft).
