Mumbai folks, need directions

Hi Guys,

I have some work at this address:

2nd Floor, New Shreyas,

Plot No. 25, Dadyseth Lane,

Chowpatty Band Stand,

Near Bombay Garage, Babulnath,

Mumbai - 400 007

I'll need to go there for around 3-4 days so wanted to ask if there is a lodge/accomodation that I can find (even if a lil far from the above address).

Also, I will have to shuttle between Breach Candy hospital

Breach Candy Hospital Trust

60 A Bhulabhai Desai Road

Mumbai : 400026

and the first address/location for 2-3 times so any location in between these 2 addresses where I can find a lodge for around 700 bucks a day max would be appreciated.

Tough luck, mate apparently thats South Mumbai, and rates are the highest here. You will need to travel a little bit, am not too sure of any cheap lodgings here.

BTW I live nearby, PM me, we are planning a small meet on Tues or so :)
 
Any other place nearby? I dont mind spending some dosh on travelling by taxi or stuff but dont want to stay in a costly hotel or something since I'll be staying for 3-4 days and I am already running short on monies :(. Any places nearby, even if like 5-6 kms would be good, somewhere near the Central Mumbai Station or somewhere (my mumbai friend was saying that, have no idea where it is :| ).

About the meet, yeah anytime after 4 is ok with me as I'll be (hopefully) done with my work by 4 PM :D. Who'll foot my bill+transportation costs but? :D, Xto unk00l?
 
go towards seaface of chowpatty.. after u cross wilson college and next lane, there will be a crystal hotel and above there its aaram guest house. i heard its good and cheap... its about 7 mins walk from that 1st address.

well.. by cab u can reach to breach candy hospital in 15 mins time. from breach candy to that 1st address is about 12 mins if less traffic. walking would take atleast 25mins-half hour from breach candy to the 1st address.
 
Stay in Aaram gues house and have the best and cheap food at crystal restaurant below :D its so tasty food there.. and famous.. ppl die for it :P
PS: r u new in mumbai?

Gannu is just spamming and doing timepass.

I mean that the food is so much that this place is crowded every night and cheap too. but good quality food like in dhabas. Ask any mumbaiite about this Crystal restaurant and u will get yummy reviews :P
 
Where're the rest of the Mumbai crowd? I'm sure there must be a whole lot of them knowing this place. Just wait for the inputs before you grab the bait. :lol:

South Mumbai + Renting of a room = Big Hole in pocket. :bleh:

Although the place you are going to be travelling to is great, finding a cheap lodge there is going to be a big issue, even in places as far as 10 kms from there. I dont have much idea about cheap lodges, so I cant give you much idea. But if you want to meet. Do let me know.
