where do they keep these bodies man? I mean how long does the law tell the police to keep them. List goes on till 01/01/2007! can a body be kept stale for that long?

unclaimed bodies are given to govt. hospitals and medical colleges to be used for teaching aid after certain amount of time.A lot are also cremated depending upon the condition I guess.
 
not as gory as some stuff i've seen in reality. this also reminds me of an email forward about some srilankan civilians killed in war. too gory. :shudders:
