I live in the San Francisco Bay area, and this week was Google I/O at the Moscone Center.

If you haven't had a chance to see these two overviews movies from Google, they are pretty impressive. One of the big things for me was Music Beta.

Anyone know where I can get an invite ;)

You can apply for it at music.google.com , i believe. Wasn't really impressed by it tbh. Streaming is always a pain especially when you can just store the music in a cheap memory card.

Yes, already did ;) Can take a while that way. I dunno... seems kind of nice being able to play all my music on pretty much any of my devices, anywhere. :)

The thing for me was the annoucement of USB host support & Open Accessory project. Very exciting

Weren't I/O Attendees supposed to get invite for Music Beta rightaway? Atleast that what Google announced in Opening Keynote on Day 1.

Yes they were, but I wasn't one of them :'(

I had to work

Yes the accessory project was pretty cool, also Icecream was looking pretty interesting too.

'Course he did.

The Music Beta is great, but for some reason, doesn't feel right.
