Anyways the Nokia 5130XM is probably the best phone in that budget . If you can increase the budget by 500 bucks , i'd recommend the 7230 . Girls i think will prefer its looks plus it has 3G and a better camera .

also check Nokia 6303(i). Offer much more, looks cute, has bigger display that is helpful if one wants to watch song clips etc and browse internet.
