Mobile World Congress is open mid of february. Will we see dual core mobiles being showcased during that time?

My dilemma is as follows. I want to upgrade to a smartphone from my ancient N73 ME.
Should I buy one now or do I wait for a dual core phone?

wait is always endless.

a lot will be depending on what kinda segment you are buying the phone. If you are buying top end, then you will see a bit of price cut.

If you are buying midend at around 15-18k range, then well, there wont be that much of a difference.

^ It probably will, but not immediately. India is a laggard market - so don't expect miracles.

Why will it drop? Because HTC is revealing A) flagship phone B) other phones that will be replacing a lot of their existing handsets.
