MX 5021 lovers... Please help...

Hey guys,

I got a problem with my MX 5021 recently. I get a noise " tup tup tup " When i increase volume and also when i switch on or off the Volume control. Only when i connect the Right speakers from the Woofer, i get this problem. When i connect the left speakers from the woofer, I don't get this noise.

I visited "Rashi Peripherals" in chennai. Dealer and service center of Altec Lansing
They informed me that there is a problem in the "DCB Unit of the Woofer" . :SThey say that they are unable to get the spare of the DCB unit across India in their centers.
I am using MX 5021 for the past 5 years without any problem.

Please help... Can i get the DCB Unit anywhere else in India ??:huh:

Heu guys,

The guy in the service center said thats a fault in the Printer Circuit Board or PCB.

He is not able to get the spare it seems.

So any guys have any idea about this ????

Is it a major problem or a mild problem ????
