Android My Asus Fonepad 7 (2014 FE170CG) heats a lot

I bought it on first week of Jn from Flipkart. Initially it was nice. But since past one week, its getting heated a lot. Its not just warm, but its more than that.

I did a factory reset and still the problem exists. What to do?

Does it get heated up when playing games?
Or even during web browsing?

Does your tab have a SIM card?

It should not get heated up too much if only wi fi is on

also couple of reviews on FK/Amazon mention heating problem.

check out the battery usage - see what apps are using the tab a lot, maybe you can shortlist the culprit.

I have not installed any apps also. Just youtube & browsing. And it's still getting heated

^nope, will be visiting service centre on Monday/Tuesday. I installed OS Monitor app. It suggests temperature is at 39-41C
