PC Peripherals My computer only starts occasionally! Why is this?

Yup! It was the dead PSU. Working fine with new PSU.

Btw tell me if it's okay to run my PC without proper earthing. USB port and rare io ports shocks me pretty well when I touch them

I am temporarily using neutral as ground by connecting it together. Now my PC doesn't shock me, but I will do whole house wiring in next 2-3days

This is probably the worst thing you could do. Do not connect the ground terminal to the neutral wire. If there is a fault somewhere you are setting up your family to be electrocuted.

Better to leave the ground terminal unconnected.
