CPU/Mobo My ebay sale messed up, need advice

Man, the sob has referred the matter to ebay dispute. That suggests that he has really fked up the proccy. Anyhow, now I'm really pissed off. Let him or ebay sue me. :-[

well done mr atul singh,wow what a great man you are,you fool stupid man just take my 1300Rs for
building your house,you are teaching me for override FSB what a joke haan,what you knows about FSB
overrides?people like you are giving bad names to ebay.in,what the hell type person you are,so i am
requsting ebay.in team to consider atul singh as a fraud man and close his account on ebay.in, also
if possible try to teach lesson this person by taking any legal actions against him.
