CPU/Mobo My experiences in RMA with Nvidia, CM and Corsair

Time for an update:

-my refund for the motherboard was processed. And it came in today. I was compensated for 50 percent of the value of the invoice. GST included. They will only refund to the persons whose name is on the bill, had submitted the mobo on the 4th of august; if you count the down time which was from 25th may~4th Aug. And from then till now. Approx 40 days to process the refund. The PSU rma was a lot faster. Although Corsair rma is still the best.

-I had submitted the gpu for rma on the 22nd of august. And I received a call about a week ago telling me that they can issue me a replacement and the choices I had. . Which I agreed to. I picked it up from RP tech on 11th September. The point which is important here is that when giving for an rma, you have to have the challan given to you by them when you submit the card. They won’t issue you the replacement until you give the challan. This time line is dependent on stock availability and so on.
