all said and done, this is what I feel. Stock Optimus = trash. Optimus + root + custom rom inclusive of a 730MHz OC kernel == amazing!

BTW guys, On my phone it shows an update is available v10c_00 but when I try to update through LG PC Suite it shows "there is no update available".

Anyone faced the same thing??

Don't update it to v10c.. it doesnt allow you to root!!
 
It's already v10c, it's my stock firmware, I asked about V10c_00

BTW, my phone memory shows only 114MB, is it ok???

The apps I downloaded moved to SD Card though and some got installed by default to SD Card.
 
^ Pretty much okay. But be wary of the random sd card unmounts. Some say that a higher class SD card solves the issue.. Didn't work for me though, I have a class 6 - 8GB card and still faced that issue. It used to happen to me when I tried moving apps to SD. I'm no longer facing that problem though.
