totally confused. so what should be done?

i contacted WD support for RMA and have registered the case.

but they noted down the wrong name and address (few errors), so i ll have to contact them for correcting the address and name anyways.

should i cancel the RMA. i dont want to risk the hdd during transportation or get bad rep attached to my hard disk if i ever have to get it RMAed again.

Just received the replacement drive. Thanks to all the guys for help.

Now, how and what all to check the drive before using it as a main disk?
