My Hippo VB gone damaged plese help to rectify it

Guys there is no sound at all from right channel in my Hippo VB at present(Though left channel working). It developed this behavior over the time and came back working after some twisting of the cable but from last two days nothing seems to work so I remove the sleeve to check whether the wire cracked altogether but I found it OK. Nevertheless problem still persist and I don't know how to rectify it. So please hep guys.

First of all, welcome to the club buddy.

I have had 3 IEMs in 3 years dying the same way as yours.

In case you have warranty left on your iems, then get a RMA, or else you would need to buy a new pair. :)

BTW my latest IEM that gave up on me was my RE-2. I just ordered a M3
 
Thanks buddy I already have Klipsh S4 n RE0 with me. But I'm missing big bass of VB that's why I wanna rectify if I can.
