My idiot brother entered wrong unlock codes many times and now its freezed [captivate]

Now I have the correct unlock code and also I have got the nv_data.bin file .

by this file can I extract the unfreeze code ?

Please help me guys . The phone is dead from almost 1 week .

I searched in all major forums , everywhere its only abt the unlock code

went to recovery data and wiped and did the factory reset , it worked like charm
