I prefer single GPU solutions to multiple GPU to avoid hassles and microstuttering, so even if I had more money, I might not have gone for 7970 CF, so I am happy with my overclocked 7970

1. 2 U2711 need a 7970CF or Tri Fire and the commitment to spend 80k on GPUs each year. Don't have that kind of money.

2. Could have bought 24" x 2, but I prefer a a single larger screen instead of 2 smaller screens.

3. Could have bought 24" x 2, would have been cheaper. But look point 1, also, dont have that space either. But more importantly, point 1.

Oh cmmon, I thought money wasnt an issue for you, but 24' x 2 would have been cool too.

Points 2 and 3, well its your personal choice, so fair enough.

Everything is SMC International.

I have Watercooling for my CPU H100.

I could perhaps afford 3 24" IPS as well, but I can definitely not afford 80-160k a year on GPUs. Because I change to the highest model every year, that can't be done for multiple GPUs.

Besides, if money was really no object, I would get a larger screen or projector with HD+ resolution or something custom made

I really don't like more than one monitor irrespective of the money.

And had the prices been like they were till last year, 2 6950s was affordable, but 2 7970s are not, that is like 75k + another 10-20k for cooling which is insane imo.

Besides, I may never go crossfire until microstuttering completely vanishes, and that is probably the case only with quad fire and only to some extent, which is way out of my budget.

All the stuff is from my own money. I usually only call Dilip at SMC and he gets it delivered at my home and I pay the guy Rs.500-1000 for anything that needs to be installed
