Guys I recently purchased a brand new sealed WD15EARS 1.5TB from a fellow TE member n I found it very very slow tried to fix with hdd regenerator n found 256 bad sectors found n repaired there but got no performance boost what so ever re executed the HDD reganorater n found eight bad secoters found n repaired this time but still got no performance boost tried hdd regenerator for the third time n this time no bad sectors found but still no performance change.
The problem is like mouse pointer hangs randomly on desktop. In firefox long delays in tab switching, scrolling hangs while surfing, delays in programs executing but data transfer speed is fine. What should I do n what could be the problem.
