Other Why some Samsung flagship phones are cheaper on Amazon?

I came across this listings now, and I also seen same price after official launch.
Are these Dubai bought phones being sold from 3rd party sellers? I'll assume these won't have any official warranty in India. If so, why are Amazon allowing it?
I read many reviews in S23 & 24 Ultra listings that their phones were already registered months ago.
I was considering to buy one but this looks dubious.

All the imported ones I have seen being sold on Amazon don’t have the official warranty mentioned or the exchange and bank offers are not applicable.

Don’t think it is one of those. Also Samsung launch prices are exceptionally inflated and they do provide a lot of margin to the sellers, so wouldn’t be surprised if this is genuine.

Bad reviews on amazon for this seller, usually after launch offline samsung store in malls/ croma have better price than non sale amazon/flipkart.

Only service center guys can confirm on it's genuineness, I mean not counterfeit or something.
It's just doesn't look from official Indian supply chain so very likely it won't make case for any warranty claims.
I am seeing similar comments (Phone are used/pre-activated) on S24 FE reviews as well. One comment read that his S24FE was having several issues and when went to service center, they told him that he got refurbished phone form Amazon!

So if someone is unlucky with the phone - money wasted!
Amazon should be responsible for allowing these re-sellers.

Hope people would prefer to buy from genuine/authorized sellers like those of Reliance Digital, Croma, and from official Samsung website rather than these shady sellers.
