Other Why some Samsung flagship phones are cheaper on Amazon?

I came across this listings now, and I also seen same price after official launch.
Are these Dubai bought phones being sold from 3rd party sellers? I'll assume these won't have any official warranty in India. If so, why are Amazon allowing it?
I read many reviews in S23 & 24 Ultra listings that their phones were already registered months ago.
I was considering to buy one but this looks dubious.

Can you post the link of it? Also, you can see recent reviews of seller and the phone to check whether people got a pre-activated unit or not.

All the imported ones I have seen being sold on Amazon don’t have the official warranty mentioned or the exchange and bank offers are not applicable.

Don’t think it is one of those. Also Samsung launch prices are exceptionally inflated and they do provide a lot of margin to the sellers, so wouldn’t be surprised if this is genuine.

Bad reviews on amazon for this seller, usually after launch offline samsung store in malls/ croma have better price than non sale amazon/flipkart.

I thought that with launch offers and some pretty decent exchange offers, the base S25 was selling around 35k.
