^ TwinMos does not make its own ICs. Like most other RAM manufacturers, it just rebrands ICs manufactured by Winbond/Hynix/Powerchip as their own.

Thats one odd thing about the site I posted, cause they made a separate section for TwinMos ICs, when they just rebrand all of them. But if you notice, the physical characteristics of the rebranded TwinMos ICs will help you identify which IC is made by whom.

by looking at the memory modules itself .. note down the laser etchings numbers and google or ask right here
