Storage Solutions NAS Box advice..

I am looking for a NAS box but they seem to be very expensive. My budget is around 15K. Are there any available within that range? I have shortlisted the Patriot Valkyrie but would like opinions from experts here before taking the plunge..

Even I have been looking for a 4plus bay solution. But I havent found anything reasonable in the market. Have you found anything?
