Nearby Share (Airdrop) For Windows (BETA)

Haven't seen much discussion about this here, but apparently Nearby Share has now become a game changer with its release on Windows. Even though the app is still in beta stage, the functionality is pretty fantastic. Here's Rupesh from Beebom having a go at it:

You can download the Windows beta app here: https://www.android.com/better-together/nearby-share-app/
Requirements: Windows 10 and above.

More details can be found on the Google Blog. Let us know how your experience goes!

Tested it and works flawlessly though it uses BT!
Earlier used to use Winscp which is again great esp. for large data and it uses wifi.

Yeah, saw the video. Android and windows both have 'nearby share'. Windows 'nearby share' which is been there for I dunno how long, never worked. Android 'nearby share' does work. But it's a bit more work. Why are Google and MS both using same name? Why isn't there a lawsuit yet?

Anyway, I still use FTP through ES file manager because it's quick.
