Budget 0-20k Need a 2K graphic card with Display Port (minimum 1.2) PCIe powered only - Low profile preferred

I need a graphic card for general desktop use. No gaming requirement. I have the following requirements all of which must be met:

  • Must be able to run a 2K monitor. I currently use Samsung 60 Series - Ls24A600Nwwxxl, 24 Inch Monitor which is connected with HDMI port.
  • Must have Display port out as the very purpose is to free up monitor's HDMI port for other uses
  • Must run on PCIe power only. I do not want to provide extra power.*
  • Low profile card is welcome
My current config is
  1. CPU - Ryzen 5 3500
  2. RAM - 16GB DDR4
  3. Motherboard: Asrock A320 M HDV
  4. GPU: Currently using Zotac GeForce GT 1030 2GB GDDR5
  5. Storage: C: is 2TB M2 SATA SSD for Boot. D: is 1 TB SATA SSD for fast storage + 2 X 1TB Laptop HDDs + 1 X 5TB shucked 2.5inch HDD - All HDDs will be replaced in 2 or 3 month increments with 8TB 3.5 inch HDDs*
*This is a Plex server so all resources are geared to storage. The only game I play on this PC is very old, this 2002 Real War Rogue States
