Requirements (in the order of priority)
1. PCIe 1X slot available at the top - To accommodate wifi card
2. Dual M.2 slots
3. Quality VRMs and Heatsink on VRM.
4. Not inclined towards RGB

Both of these are on the Gamery end of B450M boards, did not list them initially as I'm not willing to pay the RGB tax.
