Need a Business phone under 20k

My brother(who is a marketing manager, outside India)is returning to India and is planning to buy a business phone for himself. He was using some Blackberry but now he has asked me to suggest a good phone. He has been advised by his colleagues to buy an E72. He need to buy it soon. Plz suggest me some good phones..

the e72 is a good phone, but in my opinion there is nothing better than a blackberry to use as a business phone. Although, feature wise & multimedia wise the e72 is better ( 5mp camera etc) the blackberry is overall a better phone.

BB 9700 all the way, I have a friend who owns it and its a great business phone.
