Laptops Need a decent laptop urgently!!

hey guys me rite now in colorado for my further studies
wanted to buy a decent laptop.
gone thru many deals thru newegg and deal2buy.
can any suggest me a decent laptop for arnd 600 bucks.
will be going for a hardcore gaming desktop for the fun and frolics. :hap2:

You mean 600 bucks or 600 $ :S Well try getting Dell with Ubuntu they are really cheap with promising hardware

yeah well i am much comfortable with windows.so any suggestions.

hey bro, u dont need to compromise on windows!! get the dell vostro (available in small business section) theyv got some amazing specs and wonderful prices aswell. just a few days back i got a vostro 1500 for about 700 usd. Its a c2d, 1 gig ram, 120gb, 8400 graphics card, 15.4' trubite, 1 yr warranty. Plus i got a webcam(-$30 if u dont) and a free set of creative ep630's.. hehehe.. :clap:

so the best recomndation would be this notebook, plus i think thers a sales tax break going on in a couple of states right now, (august 3rd-5th i guess) .. if u manage to get break on sales tax ud save another 60$ , making it absolutely the best deal you can get for your money..!! :hap2:
