51-70k Need a gaming pc for 60k pls recommend the specs i should hope for

I want the gpu to be a rtx 30 series and also i live in delhi so nehru place is near me i just need a idea what to look for so i dont get scammed or over pay for something

Firstly post in the format as others said. Secondly are you also looking for used parts or what.
