41-50k Need a good PC configuration for 45K

Hey guys, I need to build a PC under the cost of 45k, i'm currently running a configuration suited to run in 2008 so i need to update my configuration ASAP.

I'm a photographer for my leisure time so I need a PC that could work with Photoshop CC and Premier CC smoothly and also run current gen games at at least medium settings.

  1. What is your budget?
    • 45K
  2. What is your existing hardware configuration (component name - component brand and model)
    • CPU - Intel core 2 duo
    • Motherboard - No idea
    • GPU - NVIDIA 8600 GT
    • RAM - kingston 2gb
    • Monitor - samsung syncmaster 19"
    • PSU - intex 450
    • (please mention the rest in above format)
  3. Which hardware will you be keeping (component name - component brand and model)
    • Monitor - Samsung syncmaster
    • Key board/Mouse- Logitech

Good suggestion,
Samsung 850 evo could be under 7.8k though
