I need a used processor+motherboard +512 mb ram. Preferably Intel Pentium 4 2.8 and above processor and a motherboard that supports DDR2 RAM & having onboard graphics, within the budget of 3K. I may go a little further in terms of budget if the combo is worth it.

Also send in me your offers if you have any other combos based on P4,
Warranty not an issue, Just everything must be in working condition, that's all.

No i have just the processor. Condition? Its 6 months old and running absolutely fine. anything else? PS Check PM about ur ADSL modem requirement as well..

i have a compaq pc and it has pentium d 3.0 ghz and compaq mobo which got a ati x200 chipset , i want to sell the mobo + processor as i am getting new one , the integrated graphics on mobo are good and run few years old games at good fps .

motherboard details = HP and Compaq Desktop PCs -  Motherboard Specifications, RC410-M (Asterope) 

and the processor is a Pentium D 925 3.0 ghz dual core
 
Buy a brand new D201GLY2 (proc+mobo combo) @ 3.2k/Sempron LE 1100 and MSI k9MMV @ 3.4k + Ram as needed(.5k for 512MB DDR2 RAM).

why sacrifice 3 years warranty to save 500 bucks :S - and peace of mind
