I don't know where should this go,

My budget is between 3-5k (lower the better)

I need a new chair with arm rest and height adjustment, it needs to go at least 80~cm.

I am a 5.5 ft guy and sit in front of a display for around 4-5 hours daily.

In that price range you will get crap. Bought a local one with a mesh back 2 years ago for 3.5k. Regretting it ever since.

Up your budget and buy something like this.

The venturi looks and is priced just like similar models at local stores. No idea about the quality though (whether it's worth the price)...[DOUBLEPOST=1486814467][/DOUBLEPOST]What 2000 off coupon?

I bought the featherlite Optima Mesh for about 20k about 6 years back. My price range then was 2-4k. But, still went ahead and bought this. Best decision i made. I used to spend 5-6hrs daily in front of my pc and this char is amazing for that. Still going solid. In short, if you spend a lot of time in front of the PC (like u do), better to go for the best. Will do you a lot of favor in the long run.

Folks who use these chairs ( @krugur ) I guess they have rollers for feet, meaning they move around easily? Is it a bother on smooth surface like on marble/tile floors without carpeting or do the rollers have locking mechanisms to prevent that?

I'm also thinking of getting a "office chair" like a featherlite for home use but worried about the annoyance if it keeps moving about.[DOUBLEPOST=1487419223][/DOUBLEPOST]Also, do these have armrest adjustment "side ways" meaning can I "widen" the position (not up/down/front/back) - because I'm 6 foot 1 in height and most chairs the armrests are too close to my body making it uncomfortable.

The one I use have rollers and they are very smooth and doesn't leave a mark on the marble floors.
It also has adjustable height, armrest position, seat position, and a lot more moving parts.
And you can widen the armrest position too, unscrew adjust and screw ... simple and done.

About motion, it doesn't move about when it use, it is a tad heavy.
But there is no locking mechanism provided.
