BTW hw do they sound for movies? Do they reproduce a clear bass/vocals with all those 720p HD rips??

@gunman: not the best in bass, however for a desktop environment they are awesome compared to their diminutive appearance.

how much is the difference between A2's and A5's. Are A5's worth 20k ? or go for A2's

A5's are a pretty good deal at 20k, the sound is much wider and crisp and they can go really loud with bass still holding tight.

But IMO its not worth spending 20k on active bookshelves if you later plan to set up an HT system.

You misunderstand :bleh: . Had to RMA two sets because they started popping with very low output levels.

To my ears, they are quite good for HD movies. Clear,detailed voices, decent bass for boom-boom explosions. Small enclosed area, they do quite well.
