PC Peripherals Need a Professional USB soundcard

Guys my close friend and fellow DJ just bought a laptop (Sony VAIO)..

Now we earlier used to play most of our live shows (me occasionally ) on his Pioneer CMX3000, along with a Gemini Pro Mixer.

Now we wanna start playing through the laptop fed into the CMX3000 (he's getting a CDJ soon enough) we'll probabaly be using Ableton Live 5.0.3

So I needed a USB soundcard with a low latency, I wanted an EMU but its a laptop, so any other alternatives ?

Budget is 8-10k, thanks !
