Need a router. To dial PPPoE

I have subscribed Pacenet broadband. They provided me a cat5 utp cable with a RJ45 port. I connect the cable to my laptop, and have to dial a pppoe connection to get connected to internet. Now my roommate also wants to share through wifi the same connection.

that's why I need a router.
I think an ADSL router will not work, cause the wan cable has an RJ45 port.
Will asus WL 520gu Work? It has a PPPoE mode in WAN interface. :huh:

I need a modem which can dial PPPoE user ID and Password.

Any basic router will do...you can opt for Belkin G router...works well...

yeah i am using ASUS router. It works fine. You can connect it to DSL as well as PPPoE connection. So good for you.

bought today ASUS WL-520GU.

Configured PPPoE, MAC Clone, Voila! It connects!
