The best choice for your requirements is either the Nokia 5800XM or the HTC Touch Diamond.
Among these two, the 5800 has a great battery life.

If you want WinMo then there are some other options like the HTC Touch 3G and HTC Touch Viva. I dont know if the Touch 3G has FM radio or good battery life but I do know that the Touch Viva uses a very old 200Mhz processor.

It depends upto u now..if u want symbian then 5800, if u want windows them diamond! Personally i pick diamond although both are good
