Helloo guys please help I need advice buying a fitness tracker or a smart watches which ever is better.

They must has ECG. Max budget 10k but can stretch up to 13k . Please help

I have owned 2 samsung smartwatches. Galaxy Active 2 and frontier s3. I would highly recommend going for samsung ones. They have always on display which is pretty cool and so many watch faces to choose from. I think Galaxy watch 4 has ECG too.
