90K+ Need advice for a deep learning model built

Hey fellow TE guys,
I want to build a pc for specifically deep learning model. My budget is around 1L.
I have some preferences
- gpu with more cuda cores and vram.
- cpu intel based only.
- no rgb plz
- can buy old gpu's too

Few things to mention
1. This motherboard most likely comes with an older BIOS version, that wont support the i5 13500 out of the box. Contact seller and ask them to update it to latest BIOS.
2. You can switch off RGB in the cabinet.
3. Do you need more CPU cores for your build? If not, you can spend a little lesser on the CPU, motherboard and cooler.
4. For the GPU, a used RTX 3080 goes around 40k.
