Need advice for WiFi Router

Hi guys.
I have no knowledge whatsoever in this category. So yes I am a N00b.

I am currently connected to internet through a Cat5 cable(wired internet)
I am sharing my internet using Ad-Hoc to my mobile and other PC's
I want to purchase a new router instead of using the Ad-Hoc mode.
I have shown in the diagram how I want to use the router.. But I don't know if it is possible. If it is then which is the best router to buy.

Budget: 6k
Requirement: If possible a N router with media streaming capabilities.(easy to use and setup if possible as I'm a N00b)
Please help me guys.

If u just want to use wifi on ur other devices then i wud recommend "Netgear WGR614 v10"... Just few days back i bought this router and it is working great... And looks wise also it looks great...

I was looking for a Wireless N with Gigabit ethernet ports

Even I thought that it is b/g only when I went to buy this router but after buying this router I came to know that it is N compatible... But it only supports speed upto 150mbps... Which I think is more than enough for u.... It also have 4 gigabit ports...
