Logitech z623 subwoofer stopped working

The Z623 is such a brilliant speaker set, but suffers from random quirks and glitches. I bought mine earlier this year, and within a month, I got the infamous 'crackling sound' issue. Got it replaced with a brand new unit. Works fine (so far). These things aren't cheap (for a 2.1 setup).

So I took the right speaker from my friend who has the later Z623, anyway my subwoofer is working with that. I guess, the bass knob is the culprit. Anyone found which one works, or is there anyway to repair it ?

I got the same problem, the speaker is not turning on. Stopped working suddenly and there is no repair in the local market

Any help guys?

It's an old thread, but if you've stumbled upon this whilst looking for actual part numbers, here are almost drop-in replacements:
Volume pot: TT Electronics P0925N-FC20AR100K
Balance pot: TT Electronics P0925N-1-FC15BR10K (with center detent) or P0925N-FC15BR10K (without detents).

I am looking to acquire these or similar, anyone else having any luck ?
