Well there is the Acer Aspire One 532h (16k)and the Smasung NP148 (~16k) based on the new pine trail platform.

Else you can try the MSI Wind U210 (12") which is faster then both the netbooks above and the dell. It costs ~ 18.2k

Though its battery life is lower (4 hours compared to 6hours by the dell, samsung and acer), it has a better keyboard, good build and larger screen.

You have to decide between these 4. :)

I personally have a Benq U121 Eco. I got it for 19k but prices should be lower now. I found 12" to be too big but 10" to be rather small. This 11.6" Netbook is the perfect size.

It has a 250GB HDD, 1.66GHz Z530 processor.

The graphics chipset is the GM500 which allows it to playback full HD H.264 video.

Battery life is great at over 6 hours of normal usage. you could turn of wifi and lower brightness for even more.

The keyboard is an absolute delight to use.

am looking at dell mini..

looks good but the keyboard is little uncomfortable.

but is backed by dell's amazing service.

wouldnt mind going for samsung/dell.

but can any1 shed light as to how the service these ppl offer?

Dunno but dell's customer service has been gradually declining. They are only interested in corporate clients.

BTW if you need a better keyboard then have a look at the MSI Wind U210. Has a 12" screen and the best keyboard of the lot.
