Need advice regarding MotherBoard

I have AMD Athlon X2 4800+ processor.Socket AM2.

I want to purchase a matching motherboard preferably of Gigabyte or Asus.
My budget between 3000 to 4000/-.I want to purchase it from Vedant.(Chandni,Kolkata)
Please anybody can recommend me which one to buy?
