Need advice to buy HDTV

Hi,

My sister decided to buy a HDTV. Viewing distance will be not more than 13-12 feet. Budget will be around 50k.

So plz advice best 3D LED, LCD, Plasma HDTV in the budget.

Also suggest a best DVD player around which will play 1080p and 720p different file format movies.

Looking for inputs asap...
