Hi,

I need an experienced web designer / developer for a start-up e-commerce project in the healthcare space preferably based in Delhi. Any recommendations? Need someone who can also provide ongoing support and development as there are several product modules which would be developed in stages as the venture progresses. Open to consider someone with technical expertise willing to join in as a co-founder as well.

There are firms who develop professional websites/e-commerce websites. you should probably hire them to design/code/maintain your website. because creating a website not only needs a coder but also a good graphics artist.
 
I am seeking recommendations to such firms only. If someone has worked with someone before and can provide a reference.
