They will have extremely low tdp and will 100% thermal throttle. Not worth it when you will not be able to squeeze all the performance.
You should seriosuly consider the Macbook Air M1 with cashback offers and sale Should be around 75k. Excellent performance, excellent battery life, excellent resale value and although it will also thermal throttle because of having no fans, it should perform equal to i7 at ultra protable segment at both CPU/GPU workloads.
What you will want to consider is non ARM based apps that you will be using and if you are fine with moving from windwos to MacOS.
