I found only this - iPhone headphone or speaker adapter - 3.5mm 4 conductor TRRS Male to 3.5mm TRS Stereo Headphone Jack. Will try and dig something cheaper.

But, why do they want $25? You only had the version released with HM-602? Are they going to demand $25 from everybody who has a faulty IEM from the HM602 purchase?

They say the adapter costs $10 and shipping would cost $15 so total $25, the least they could have done is told me earlier so that I could have saved on the $15 international shipping.

You can get a TRS to mini adapter from Neutrik or MX. Go to your local electronics market and look for it.

BTW, my RE262 also went dead.

If I press the left side I get sound coming but once I leave the pressure the sound stops.

@Mephistopheles - If you want an extension cable I can give my unused extension cable that came with my RE1s for 200 bucks including shipping. Let me know.

Yeah, the same happened with my RE262. This is the second time yours went dead, right?

My RE262 also went dead from right side, there seems to be quality control issue from HiFiMan.

^ BF1983's RE-262 died for second time as well :|. Mine is still intact as it in the box ,now I am really scared to even use it . You guys will probably see it in market section soon.
