imo get Samsung phones in that range. All features needed for an entry level phone and way better than nokia x1-01 in terms of battery/ringtone volume etc. The interface is also easy enough to understand even for Nokia users.

I think Nokia X1-01 is better VFM.

It got bigger 1450mAh batter,dedicated buttons for music and better looks too.

But,unfortunately Nokia X1-01 is not available at 1.8K at ebay.in.

If available u could get it almost at 1.5K after 15% coupon.....

I brought for Rs 1500 in my locally

Phone is Very Good in Music and Dual sim active and standby

At 1500 is very Good From my point of view as Dual Sim
