Well, I finally got my system...everything including Solidworks/AutoCAd are working fine on Vista 64 Ultimate platform.
My config. is as follows:
- Core i7-920 (D0 stepping)
- DFI LanParty DK X58 T3eH6
- G-Skills 1600MHz 6GB Kit DDR3 Trichannel
- Sapphire HD4850 HDMI - 512MB
- CoolerMaster CM690 (with Clear Side Panel)
- PSU-> Corsair VX550
- BenQ 24" G2412HD
- Seagate 500GB 7200.12
- LG DVD/RW Dual layer
- Microsoft desktop Kit (KB/Mouse)
My total PC cost was Rs. 60,000 + 11950 (monitor) = 72K. Now I need to buy a good UPS...I was thinking to buy atleast 800KVA.
So far, I am happy with my purchases. Everything looks and runs great.
