Need firangi IP address

Some of the Rapidshare type sites states that "limit of your country is over!" I tried using proxy server but due to this my D/L speed slowed down so this is not an good option for this problem.
So, I want to know is there any way to change to an firang IP address so that i can download files from these sites.

One thing more, i get a speed of 30-35Kbps on Airtel 256 unlimited(Delhi)- am i getting correct speed?:S
 
yeah your speed is good.
256kBps = 32kbps
==> 256kiloBits ==> 32kilobytes :)
So what you are getting is more than 32. I also get constant 38-40kbps(Kilo Bytes :) ) for the same plan here in PUNE.

hey is ivacy free ???
i have tried hotspot shield but it caused some problems so i uninstalled it. I am looking for a Free VPN as many of the sites are blocked by the GFW (Great firewall of China)
 
Ivacy is not free , though it has a free trial , it costs 10euro for one month unlimited , or 0.5 euro for 1 GB usage . if you need it only for browsing , the latter is a good choice
 
10 euros nah....and 0.5euro/ 1GB is too less,

Pehle se hi have put the money in seedbox aur ab yeh...no way :):)

will be relying on proxies for now :)
