Need Front loading washing machine advice

Hi Guys,
I am in the market for a new washing machine, after some reading i have decided to go for a front loading one. Ours is a family of 3.
There are plenty of options in market but main criteria for me are.

1. Wash quality.
2. Build quality & durability of machine( should last at least 5 years of trouble free use)
3. Easy to use.
3. Good after sales but ideally there should not be any need for repairs for first 2-3 years at least.
If the washing machine is in metallic color like Grey etc, that will be good as i dont like plane white look, although that not the main criteria for deciding machine.

Somewhere i read that the value of clothes that we put into machine is often more than machine itself , thinking of that i have put "wash quality" as my no. 1 concern & extended my budget to 20K. that said i dont want to pay extra for fancy functions.

Please pour in you suggestions.

Come on guys, Pour some suggestions, i am sure some of you must have bought a front loading washing machine recently.

After reading other threads i need more inputs about these two models

IFB Serena Sx

LG model has direct drive , but again i am not very sure on quality aspect.

I personally like the look of IFB Serena SX, but i would be really extending my budget in case of IFB, hence need IFB users opinion about quality of IFB product, both wash quality & machine durability.
