SSD's (Corsair IInd generation drives) ~ 7500/- for 60GB

Certain pointers why I suggested the rig this way --

3) the RAM is CL-8 timings are tighter so should translate to better overclocking.

Well, go for their config:

But since you want to do threaded work like editing HD movies, grab the COre i7 2600k instead, the HT will come of use!
 
With this budget it is difficult to get a 2600k because you will need to reduce the components elsewhere which will be more difficult.
 
Will the i5 oc beats the i7 at stock:S?
Asking this because the i5 2500K with cooler cost ~equal to i7 2600k at stock.

Edit: was referring to performance in gaming.

As for my budget decided not to go above 10k for monitor......pls suggest a good LED monitor at this range....
 
if ur a big fan of fifa then u should consider getting a ps3..the gameplay is far better... get a comp within 56k..ull get a ps3 160 gb within 17.5k..

Hopefully this year FIFA ll be same on all platforms....FUT is announced for PC and waiting for the confirmation form EA regarding Impact Engine....PC gives more mod options than consoles...

Get a TVS Gold ~ 1200/- that is the price most members post.

For the CPU Cooler, please try to get one right now as later it is useless, either you kick it in now or don't, as-well the Cooler Master Hyper 212+ is cheap ~ 1800/- throw in another BladeMaster ~ 600/- and you've a very capable push-pull based cooler, one which will perform better than the stock cooler and keep your PC cool even if you plan to rev up-to 4.4 GHz.

For cabinet I'm telling you again mate, you're in Bangalore where NZXT Tempest EVO is available and the Tempest EVO beats the HAF 912 Advanced handily with lots of room to spare, the prime thing is all fans ~ 6 in total ( 4x 120mm + 2x 140mm come pre-bundled with the case from the start) and dust-filters are also available from beginning so no problem of dust clogging up the cabinet, also it is cheaper. Golccha sells the NZXT Tempest EVO ~ 6100/- (tax inclusive), while HAF 912 Advanced ~ 6500/- (tax inclusive) [and for HAF you need to further invest on fans]. Check for yourself --
